Bobby was born in New York and lived many different places. He graduated from USAF and L.U. 102 apprenticeship program. He loves the service industry because he gets to help people through their mechanical problems. In his spare time you will find him backpacking the back-country exploring Alaska and spending time with his family, 4 children and 4 grand daughters. It is Bobby’s mission to provide you with 5 star service today!

Ryland Ellis was born in Fairbanks, Alaska. He graduated from North Pole High School then completed the apprenticeship with Local 375 Plumbers and Pipefitters union. He loves being able to help other local residents with plumbing and heating issues they don’t feel comfortable taking care of themselves. In his spare time you will find him out on his 4 wheeler or spending time with his wife and children. It is Ryland’s mission to provide you with 5 star service today!

Stephen Orozco was born in Victoria, Texas, and graduated from the Retail Ready Career Center in Dallas, TX. He takes pride in meeting new people, getting to know their pets, and ensuring every job is completed with precision and care. Outside of work, Stephen loves spending time outdoors, whether it’s hiking with his wife and dog, fishing, or exploring all that Alaska has to offer. Gabe Stutz

Gabriel Stutz was born here in Fairbanks. He graduated from Hutchison High School, joined the Local 375 Plumbers and Pipefitter union and graduated with more certificates than we can list here. He loves being able to go to work and make a real difference at the end of the day. Whether that is restoring their heat, fixing plumbing problems, or unclogging their drains. In his spare time you’ll find Gabriel on some outdoor adventures, fishing for pike or snowmachining.

Nick was born and raised in Michigan. He moved to Alaska in 2018. He has been working in the plumbing and HVAC industry since 2008 and has worked on just about any plumbing and heating problem Alaska has to offer! If you have a problem, Nick is your guy! He enjoys spending time outdoors on the boat, hunting and fishing. He also enjoys spending quality time with family.
Rudy Welch

Rudy has lived in the Mat-Su Valley with his wife and kids for over 20 years. He has worked in the plumbing industry for over two decades and traveled to many projects across the state of Alaska – he also holds his Mechanical Administrator License for the State of Alaska. Rudy loves helping people in his community. When Rudy is not working he loves spending time with his family and hunting & fishing.
Devon Bailey

Devon was born in Columbus, Ohio. He’s a veteran of the USCG. He holds degrees in Mechanical Engineering and HVAC/R with certifications in Indoor Air Quality and Refrigeration – he also holds a Mechanical Administrator License for the State of Alaska. He specializes in heating systems and controls. If you have a plumbing or heating issue, Devon can handle it! In his free time, he likes to go four wheeling, hiking, fishing, and berry picking with his family.

Jered Williams (that spelling is accurate, his parent got a little creative in their spelling) grew up in Fairbanks and loves to call the Interior of Alaska his home.
Jered started working in the plumbing industry when he was just out of high school to support his young family. He had a child on the way and knew that plumbing was just one of the many ways he could provide for his wife and his son (not pictured).
Years, and one more child, later, he saw an opportunity to provide Fairbanks and North pole with a better breed of plumbing company. That was the seed of Prospector Plumbing.
He launched at first under the name J-Rod’s Plumbing and Heating with just a notepad, a van and years of plumbing experience. That dream later became the Prospector Plumbing that you know today.
He’s now joined in the company by his wife Kristill. The two love helping Alaskan homeowners get their plumbing problems solved while enjoying an active lifestyle of hiking, biking and snowboarding that only Alaska can provide.
